Refund Policy

If we receive the product back in good condition, Active Impex [AMIT NANIK LALA] will start the refund process to your original payment method or another agreed method.
However, since we deal with fresh vegetables, refunds are only given in special cases – like if the product is damaged during shipping and you send us proof (photos/videos) right away.

No Refund / No Cancellation for Perishable Goods

Because we Active Impex [AMIT NANIK LALA] sell fresh and perishable vegetables, we follow a strict no refund, no cancellation policy after payment is made and the order is confirmed.
This helps us maintain product quality and freshness during shipping.

Cancellation Policy

If there is a real issue with your order when it arrives (like damaged or spoiled vegetables), please contact Active Impex [AMIT NANIK LALA] within 6 hours of delivery with proof.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, but only if we Active Impex [AMIT NANIK LALA] haven’t packed or shipped it yet.

Once your order is processed or shipped, you cannot cancel it.

Cancellation is only allowed before shipping. After the product is sent, cancellation is not possible.
